This is the Week 2 of the 3 weeks of oil painting lessons with Dennis Snell, a well known Sumter artist! For beginners to advanced…he takes you where you are at and will take you to the next level! Come explore oil painting using new Artisan water mixable oil paints….so no odor or solvents!

The painting we will create is of the General Sumter Memorial Park in the High Hills of Santee and will be taught with palette knife and brushes!
